The former president Laos, Nouhak Phoumsavanh, expressed hope that the website of the Communist Party of Vietnam will help Laos build a website for the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, during his talks with the Vietnamese website's editor-in-chief Dao Duy Quat in Hanoi on Sept 21.

Dao Duy Quat, also Vice Chairman of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee (CPVCC)'s Commission for Ideology and Culture, introduced two major functions of the website to Nouhak Phoumsavanh: an archive of documents and an electronic newspaper of the CPVCC. …
