Japan will provide soft-loan to Pakistan for Wind Mill Project, Sindh Advisor for Environment and Alternate Energy Mohammad Noman Saigal told newsmen after visit to Gharo along with a Japanese delegation on Friday. "The objective of Japanese delegation is to inspect the spot and prepare feasibility report for installation of wind mills for which the government of Japan is providing soft loan for its alternate energy project" Saigal said.
