BEIJING
Oriental School's copyright case over after four years
A four-year copyright infringement case against New Oriental School ended this week after the school produced evidence it had destroyed pirated test materials. The suit was filed in 2001 by the US Educational Testing Service and Graduate Management Admission Council, which accused the school of pirating and distributing their materials. The Beijing Higher People's Court last year fined the school 6.4 million yuan.
