On June 23, Andrew J. Parsons was elected to the UST Inc., Greenwich, Conn., board of directors.
Parsons is director emeritus at McKinsey & Company, where he retired as a director and senior partner in 2000 and served on its advisory board from 2001 to 2004. During his 25-year career at that consulting firm, he formed and led key practice areas focused on consumer packaged goods, retail and marketing. He has consulted at the highest levels of major global enterprises on a broad range of strategic corporate issues.
