In the promotional merchandise market where a surefooted quick response is essential, some trade suppliers are failing to keep up.

The performance of these rogue suppliers simply does not match the rigorous demands of our customers' promotional timescales and print quality.

What is needed is a sense of urgency and commercial discipline. Too often telephone calls are not returned and promises not kept.
