Bishkek, 16 September: The Russian defence minister [Sergey Ivanov] will arrive in Kyrgyzstan to sign an aid contract, the Kyrgyz Defence Ministry has said.
One of the contract's paragraphs stipulates handing over an Mi-8MTV helicopter, 10 Kamaz-4310 lorries and other military kit to the Kyrgyz Defence Ministry.
