Jitex (Pisek, Czech Republic), textile and clothing firm, will close its largest plant in the region Milevsko, the Czech Republic, in the summer of 2005. The plant has over 200 employees, mainly women. A total of 100 employees of the number will lose their jobs and the other will have a possibility to go to Pisek.
