Sep. 13--Most employers in the Richmond area seem to be cautiously optimistic about the economic outlook for the fourth quarter of 2005, according to a survey.
Manpower Inc., a Wisconsin-based staffing firm, predicted a "positive" job market for the Richmond Metropolitan Statistical area in the October-December period, but the firm noted that businesses are more restrained in their hiring plans when compared with the same period in 2004.
