Sep. 9--The Stock Exchange of Thailand directed Picnic Corp to provide more information to the public on Tuesday following its denial of shareholder relationships with three companies.
The SET said that the transactions between Picnic and Saengthongthai Bucket Manufacturing Co involving the purchases of gas cylinders worth 1.32 billion baht in the 2004 financial statement, and 838 million baht in the first half of 2005, were still doubtful.
