Sep. 9--Asian Marine Services Plc (Asimar), a local service provider for ship repairs, shipbuilding and engineering work, projects revenue of 506 million baht this year, an increase of 5.34 percent from the 2004 figure.
The forecast was revised up from an earlier target of 500 million baht for the year thanks to higher-than-expected bookings from prospective clients, said managing director Warawan Nganthavee.
Mrs Warawan said that unlike in the last four years, this year's net profit did not include extraordinary items such as sales of a dockyard and other assets.
