Construction is under way of the latest phase of Park Lane Business Park at Kirkby-in-Ashfield. The site was previously home to Bentinck Colliery and is now part of a 20-acre master plan development intended to rejuvenate the area.

Park Lane is being developed by Walkers of Tuxford and has planning permission for industrial, storage and distribution uses within a landscaped park.

The premises are being built speculatively and will be available for lease, with consideration given to the sale of the freehold interest.

The first phase has already been pre-let to Julian Bowen - the fast growing furniture supplier …
