SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- The California Association of Resource Conservation Districts (CARCD) was awarded the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 9 Seventh Annual Environmental Award for improving agricultural air quality in the San Joaquin Valley. CARCD's Air Quality Planner and Coordinator, Ron Harben, was specially recognized for his involovement.
