Romeo Roxas-led Green Square Properties Corp. and Green Circle Properties and Resources Inc. are proposing to build a 116.3-kilometer road that would link Quezon City with Aurora through Rizal, Bulacan and Quezon.

The proposal would also include the upgrade of the Port of Dingalan to accommodate international cargo handling and shipping from the Pacific Ocean.

In a business proposal submitted to Transportation department, Mr. Roxas said the port and road would serve as alternate access points to the Pacific Coast Cities, a planned commercial, residential and industrial area …
