Sep. 8--More than two-thirds of Thai listed companies are considered to meet international corporate governance standards, according to a survey by the World Bank.
The survey ranks 69 percent of listed companies as observing or largely observing six key corporate governance standards set under the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
The remaining 31 percent of Thai-listed firms only partially observe the standards.
