Sep. 8--Stung by uncertainty over the fate of the Purple Line rail system, the listed developer Property Perfect Plc (PF) plans to place more emphasis on price and less on location in its corporate campaigns.

Up until now, Property Perfect had promoted the convenience of its projects along the planned Purple Line subway, which the government now proposes to replace with a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system due to limited funds.

"This lesson taught us not to put all of our eggs in one basket when launching a campaign," said assistant managing director Teerachon Manomaiphibul.
