Sep. 8--Pirom Priyawat, the managing director of Eastern Wire Plc, has reduced his shareholding in the company to 11.69 percent as of Sept 1 from 49 percent in April.
EWC disclosed the shareholding change in a report to the Stock Exchange of Thailand yesterday.
Mr Pirom on Tuesday disclosed to the SET that he had transferred a 10 percent stake in EWC to Komol Jungrungreangkit, the elder brother of Industry Minister Suriya Jungrungreangkit.
According to the Securities and Exchange Commission, EWC's shareholding structure at the end of August had Mr Pirom with a 21.69 percent stake, Asset Billion Ltd 6.06 ...
