Sep. 7--Rojana Industrial Park Plc plans to invest 4.5 billion to five billion baht next year to accumulate land for future development and build a cogeneration power plant to serve customers in its Ayutthaya industrial estate. Managing director Jirapongs Vinichbutr said the new acquisition of land, estimated at three billion to 3.5 billion baht, would support major investment anticipated in the near future from abroad and at home.
The SET-listed industrial estate developer currently runs two estates: a 1,300-rai developed site in Ayutthaya and a 480-rai estate in Rayong.
