With their cheesy syncopated dance moves, bubble perms and flares, Brotherhood Of Man have come to epitomise the Eurovision Song Contest, and "serious" music-lovers everywhere sneered with derision even during their 1976 heyday.

After all, this was the year punk exploded, rendering the harmony-pop kings and queens fairly irrelevant.

But, both then and now, Brotherhood Of Man had the last laugh.
