KOSICE, East Slovakia, June 1 (CTK) - Over 370 people from Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Ukraine take part in the international civil defence training Kosice 2005, the head of the emergency department of the regional office in Kosice Andrej Salanci told CTK today.

They will use 66 pieces of equipment, including two helicopters, Salanci said, adding that the training focuses on the situation after a possible terrorist attack.

The training started with a theoretical part in Kosice today, while the practical exercise will take place at the railway station in Slovenske Nove Mesto and the Zemplinska Sirava water reservoir on Thursday, ...
