BURNLEY fans have been given extra time to take advantage of the season ticket discount period.

Yesterday it was announced that the discount deadline has been extended by seven days.

And the Early Bird period will now run until close of business on Saturday, May 7th, largely in the bid to avoid mass queues ahead of tomorrow's clash with Plymouth Argyle.

And although the ticket office will not be open after the game tomorrow or on Bank Holiday Monday, the extra opportunity to buy discounted season tickets is bound to attract some more interest.
