St Ives 1 Sileby Rangers 3 SILEBY put their promotion destiny in their own hands with a comfortable win over second-placed St Ives.
Rangers moved four points clear at the top of division one with this win, although their rivals have a game in hand.
With two games left Sileby boss Gary Petts knows if they win them both they will go up as champions.
"The lads were absolutely magnificent," said Petts.
"We rose to the big occasion after a disappointing display in the previous game.
"It was really a do-or-die match for us. If we had lost it would seriously have dented our hopes. But now it is back in our hands.
