(From Northampton Chronicle and Echo)
DIVISION ONE A BRILLIANT unbeaten 113 by Richard Ingham steered Old Northamptonians IIs to a seven-wicket victory at Wellingborough Town.
It was a day for batsmen as Jon Clark smashed 106 for the hosts, and James McDermott added 57 as Town reached 204 for nine off 50 overs to set a tough target.
But it proved no problem as Ingham steered ONs home by seven wickets.
Stubborn batting by visitors Overstone Park stalled Wollaston's fast start to the season in division one.
The home innings was built around Matt Jones' knock of 62 and they reached a useful 188 for seven off 50 overs despite the efforts of A Greaves (3-44) and A Herd (2-46).
Jeff Connon (2-33) struck early for Wollaston but Park recovered with M Hale scoring 40 and Dave Cameron 21 before K Patel added 31.
