Mayor Daley sorry for corruption

The Chicago mayor has apologized for scandals involving his administration, saying he didn't do enough to prevent graft. Federal probes are looking into alleged bribes in a city trucking program and allegations of fraud in city hiring. "I take responsibility," Daley said.
