When was the firm established and how long has it worked in the insurance space? It's now into the fourth year of trading, having set out from the very start to specialise in insurance. Prior to this, I worked for 15 years in the claims industry for insurance companies, in claims management, loss adjusting and for the Motor Insurers' Bureau.
How many offices do you have and where are they based? We just have the one in Milton Keynes, covering the immediate area and reaching out into Bedford, Northampton and Luton. We have also assisted clients further afield in Leicester, Bristol and Chelmsford.
How many staff do you have? Three - me, myself and I! I am a consultant working without the limitations of big organisations. The way I work wouldn't suit most high-street agencies as I refuse to represent any more than three candidates at any given time to ensure that personal touch. What specialist fields do you cover in the insurance market? Only general insurance but with a particular strength in claims, having been a loss adjuster myself in the past. The claims arena accounts for 80% of our business but we also operate in the broker account handler/executive and sales areas.
