Section: General News - The Finance Ministry plans to revise the law to allow those who donate land to the government to take back the property if it has not been used within five years for the agreed purpose, the Bangkok Post reports.
The current law allows a donor to ask the Treasury Department to approve the return of land not used to his or her satisfaction within two years after the plot has been unutilised for 10 years.
