Actify Publisher 2005 is designed to centralize and automate batch publishing of native 2D and 3D CAD files in Actify's .3D file format. Users can define and manage every aspect of file publishing, including what files or types of files are published to the .3D file format, the destination for published files and when the files are to be published. Large archives of native CAD files can be published quickly and easily.
Actify Publisher 2005's scripting capability can be used to communicate directly with other applications such as document management programs and workflow engines.
Users can monitor every phase and detail of the publishing process from the streamlined Actify Publisher 2005 interface. They can monitor completed jobs and queued projects, the number and size of processed files, sizes of the source files and published files, the source and destination locations of .3D files and the basic publishing scheduling.
