Statesman News Service NEW DELHI, Aug. 24. BJP members stormed out of the Rajya Sabha today as an adamant commerce minister, Mr Kamal Nath, refused to commit himself to any timeframe for a policy on allowing FDI in the retail sector nor on a discussion in the Parliament before framing it. BJP members, led by Mrs Sushma Swaraj, and Left parties, led by Mr Dipankar Mukherjee, sought an assurance from the minister during Question Hour that the matter be discussed in Parliament before any policy was announced.
