The University of Arizona has made some significant steps in improving conditions for female faculty, including minority members, UA researchers announced recently.
Five present and former UA faculty members studied the impact of a 2001 study known as the Millennium Project that focused on the atmosphere on campus for female faculty members. The new project, Agencies of Change, examined how the Millennium's Projects recommendations were put into effect.
