North Carolina State University has to pay $300,000 to two research assistants who sued the school over sexual harassment by a professor, a state panel ruled recently.
NC State did not follow its own "zero tolerance" policy when Evelyn Gonzales and Kathy Wood reported sexual harassment by Shuaib Ahmad, an engineering professor.
