The University of Oregon has agreed to settle a gender-discrimination lawsuit filed by a former track coach for $375,000.
In her lawsuit, Sally Harmon claimed that she did not get a fair shot at keeping her job when Oregon merged its women's and men's track programs in 2003. Harmon had been an assistant track and field coach for 18 years.
