As a representative of Young Freedom Builders, a Korean organization, I am deeply interested in the North Korea policy of President Bush's administration. it is, so to speak, a matter of life and death to Korean people. Residents of the Republic of Korea suffer from our current President Roh's anti-U.S., pro-Kim Jung-Il policies and ideologies. Your latest issue "Nip it Now" (July/August) is very important to us.

I read with interest "The War is Over, and We Won" (SCAN, July/Aug). I have mixed feelings--I think the invasion was ill-conceived, not to mention illegal, and that it was a diversion from the primary business of combating terrorism. But for the sake of the Iraqis, I'd like your assessment to be true.

For a retired Marine and current Defense Department employee who was in Iraq in 2003 on assignment, it's great to have someone tell it like it truly is over there ("The War is Over, and We Won"). Nice job!
