Maydanshahr, 20 August: On 29 Asad [20 August], Wardag Province security officials arrested more than 30 people suspected of having attacked the security post in the historical town of Alghata, in the Nerkh District of Wardag Province.
Authorities of the Archaeological Department, together with a French delegation, began digging in the historical town of Alghata, in the Dadal region of Nerkh District, about two and a half months ago. Alghata's history goes back to the second century AD.
