EL Lamp Drivers ensure consistent brightness.(Supertex Broadens Electroluminescent Lamp Driver Family)
Designed to drive 2 electroluminescent (EL) lamps with combined area of up to 3.5 sq. in., HV841 and HV839 high voltage driver ICs deliver low-noise backlighting solutions for dual LCD and keypad applications. Model HV841 accepts 2.0-5.8 V and produces nominal regulated output of 100 V, while HV839 provides nominal regulated output of 90 V. Both are available in 10-pin, lead-free, RoHS compliant MLP and MSOP packages for lithium-ion and alkaline battery applications.
