BOISE, Idaho -- Governor Dirk Kempthorne announced this week that Idaho National Laboratory Director John Grossenbacher will serve as the new chairman of the Governor's Science & Technology Advisory Council. Grossenbacher, a former vice admiral in the United States Navy, replaces Dr. Bill Shipp who chaired the council since it was formed in 1999.
