MEDIA RELEASE 16 August 2005 Gunns new claim riddled with factual errors Tasmanian logging giant, Gunns Ltd, has now lodged a new statement of claim against The Wilderness Society and 19 other defendants (see Fact Sheet attached). The case returns to the court tomorrow morning for a mention, but The Wilderness Society says that the new statement of claim does not do what the judge requested when he struck out the previous version of the claims and continues to make unfounded claims
