BEIJING, Aug 16 Asia Pulse - Housing price in China rose 6.4 per cent on average in July this year over the same period of last year, and also edged up 0.4 per cent over June, according to the monthly housing price statistics released by the State Development and Reform Commission.

The figures indicate further slowdown of the price rise from the previous month, and in some cities, the price hike fell remarkably, the commission said.
