WEST Nile residents will no longer have 18 hours of power supply as the emerging fuel crisis begins to bite.

Frank Mugabi reports that the West Nile Rural Electrification Company, which has been supplying thermal electricity to Arua and Nebbi districts, on Friday announced that it would reduce the generation to 12 hours due to fuel shortage.
