September's Library Card Sign-up Month will mark the second anniversary of PLA's "The Smartest Card. Get One. Use it. @ your library" campaign.

The campaign message will be the focus of national publicity materials distributed by ALA's PIO, and will include tips and messages for reaching out to seniors and motivating staff.
