Ionic conditioning technology isn't new, say scientists, but it is effective. "With a volumizing shampoo that doesn't overdry hair, the two can reduce that tacky feeling fine-haired women dread," says cosmetics chemist R. Randall Wickett. Bottom Line: The formulas gave our usually limp hair great body that stayed soft all day and into the night.
