THOMAS JEFFERSON HIGH SCHOOL for Science and Technology is a public school offering a comprehensive college preparatory program emphasizing science, mathematics, computer sciences, and technology.

Established in 1985, the school is the result of a partnership of business, government, and education. I1 was created 10 prepare students to enter the 21st century and to produce leaders in diverse professions with a global perspective of science, the humanities, and technology. Through an interdisciplinary curriculum that fosters collaboration as well as independence, students recognize the need to develop their own processes for learning and for using the information as part of an ethical, cooperative network.
