A partnership between MTNA and the Arts Recognition and Talent Search (ARTS) once again gave MTNA state performance competition winners an opportunity to be named a Presidential Scholar in the Arts. This ongoing partnership enables state winners of the MTNA high school competitions to advance automatically to the intermediate level of judging in the ARTS auditions.
