Ferguson Enterprises (Newport News, Va.) announced the following personnel changes: Keith VanderVennet was named to the newly created position of director of branch sales. He had been director of career development. Mark Stefanick was promoted to director of career development. Formerly vice president of finance for Familian Corp., most recently he served as operations manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. Andrew Ciesla was named area manager for the Northeast region. He joined Ferguson in 1998 through the acquisition of L&H Supply, where he was vice president of finance and chief financial officer. Most recently he was president and general manager of Ferguson's Lakewood, N.J., location. Kevin Murphy is now manager of the Waterworks Business Group. He joined Ferguson through the Midwest Pipe and Supply acquisition in 1999 and had been Waterworks area manager for the Northeast since 2003.
