Aug. 5--Ananda Development Co has spun off its subsidiary, Windmill Architech Co, which now plans to explore opportunities in the homebuilding business with a goal to generate 100 million baht in sales this year.
Established in 2003 with an investment of one million baht, Windmill Architech had earlier focused on working on the development projects of its parent company. It is now targeting sales in the housing segment of units priced at 10-15 million baht. Last year, the company recorded 74 million baht in sales.
