Orsus raises $2m from Poalim Ventures.

Orsus Solutions Ltd. is changing direction for the second time. The company today completed a $2 million financing round from Poalim Ventures, and simultaneously changed its business focus in favor of situation management. Mercury Interactive Corporation (Nasdaq:MERQ) founder Aryeh Finegold founded Orsus in 1999.
Orsus had $12 million in cash prior to the present round, and had already raised $68 million in three previous rounds. The company's shareholders include Singapore Telecom, Comverse Technology Inc.'s (Nasdaq:CMVT) ComSor Venture Fund, Koor Industries Ltd. (NYSE: KOR; TASE:KOR), Clal Industries …
