Built To Build taps lower-priced market.

Aug. 2--The home builder Built To Build Co Ltd has shifted its goal of building medium- to high-priced housing units in light of declining real estate demand, and now aims only to gain revenues of 400 million baht this year from lower-priced housing sales.
Managing director Sutee Ketsiri said the company revised down its specifications of the homes it intends to build from the 60,000 to 70,000 baht per square metre set earlier this year to a much lower range of 10,000 to 13,000 baht per sq m for standard units.
The company's new price for premium units will go only to 13,000 to 16,000 baht per sq m.
