The Singapore to Japan 30,000 tonne sector revived. Tonnage availability is becoming tight, according to brokers. Rates firmed from W250 at the start of the week to W275 by mid-week.
Reported fixtures during the period included a W260 Sietco contract on the 1992-built, 47,081 dwt Relentless .
