BIR Officer-in-Charge Jose Mario Buag said he would consider lifting the rule barring certain firms to sell their tax credit certificates as he questioned the prudence of prohibiting the sale of TCCs.
In an interview with reporters, Buag said he would push for amendments to certain provisions of the Expanded Value-Added Tax law and its implementing rules and regulations, particularly those on tax credits.
