A FORMER judge ad litem in the International Court of Justice has joined the prosecution team of opposition lawmakers who will pin down President Macapagal-Arroyo for her alleged human rights abuses. Veteran human rights lawyer Romeo Capulong said he was tapped by party-list representatives who signed the impeachment complaint to help them prove that Ms Arroyo was liable for the deaths of seven Hacienda Luisita workers and many militant leaders. Capulong, a private prosecutor in the impeachment trial of former President Joseph Estrada, said he agreed to appear with lawyer Neri Colmenares, one of those who drafted the amended complaint, during the hearings in the House committee on justice.
