First Gentleman returns for sister's burial.

THERE was not even the smallest wave or the faintest hint of a smile when he came home from "voluntary exile" yesterday. All he wanted, his lawyer said, was privacy.
After 25 days in the United States and away from the political turmoil at home, First Gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo arrived in Manila at 4:25 p.m. yesterday on board a Cathay Pacific Airways flight from Hong Kong.
He has come home to bury a sister.
And he has come home to mark his and his wife's 37th wedding anniversary.
It will all happen in the midst of allegations linking President Macapagal-Arroyo to election cheating and the First Gentleman to taking gambling payoffs.
