BEIJING

The focal point of the six-party talks in Beijing on North Korea's nuclear development program is whether their joint document will specify which nuclear programs should be abandoned, namely the uranium enrichment program and nuclear development for peaceful purposes.

Japan and the United States are expected to urge the other countries to include human rights and missile development issues in the document, which were not included in a draft presented by China on Saturday.
